Be grateful.

If you are constantly caught up in what‚Äôs got to be done next and what you want to achieve, then it’s very easy to forget what you already have in your life and what already you have to be grateful for, I know.

The great news is that neuroscientists have shown that just the act of taking a moment to feel grateful for something instantly releases a dose of serotonin and dopamine in your brain – so the two biggest feel good hormones out there. They say it’s basically the same as popping an antidepressant pill!

So if you want to feel instantly happy and appreciative of your life, my request is this. Every single morning write down three things you are grateful for – so that you can absolutely enjoy the life you have while you create that life of your dreams.
