Executive Coaching

Increase your resilience, influence and impact + stand out for what you stand for

My coaching approach

To improve your leadership style, increase performance, build resilience and create sustainable change, I use a powerful combination of Co-Active Coaching, Neuroscience and Emotional Intelligence theory.

Co-Active Coaching addresses who the person is being as well as their behaviours, so it’s great for working with leaders on the impact they want to have in the workplace, as well as the results achieved.

I will ask powerful questions, mirror back any potential self-sabotage, blocks or blind-spots  – challenging you to think deeper and further than you ever have, and helping you deal with the barriers and behaviours that have previously prevented progress to the next level.

Harnessing the power and insights of neuroscience we’ll uncover why you (and those around you) behave the way you do, what’s happening in your brain when you act, and the significant impact of stress on the brain. You’ll also make deep sustainable changes through our coaching; understanding why some behaviours and habits don’t stick – and learning the secret behind making sure your new ones do.

Using Emotional Intelligence theory and Somatics (meaning ‘of the body’) we’ll anchor your new thoughts and behaviours, so we get lasting change – not quick fixes that only last a couple of months.

Whatever you want to achieve I will help you identify your main strengths and development needs based on your key skills. We will also identify and clarify what is most important to you at this phase in your life and career, and moving forward, your ‘Why’ – the wider impact and contribution you want to have in the world.

TOGETHER

We will create an action and accountability-focused plan to encourage you to improve specific skills and practices in a sustainable way.

You will become a more powerful and impactful leader, and be happier and more fulfilled at work and at home – permanently.

My background & training

With a background in the fast-paced world of TV production I understand the pressure you’re under every day. I’ve been there.

I know you’re only as good as your last idea; that clients always come first (so where does that leave you and your people?) and that your whole team is too busy battling through every day to take a step back and address the issues that keep you all awake at night.

It was to help people just like you (and me) that I first started my training with the Coaches Training Institute. Added to the hands-on experience and management experience I gained working for the BBC for 14 years, since 2008 I’ve been doing professional development training in: Organisation Systems Coaching.

To find out a bit more about me and why I do this work here’s a recent clip taken from my ‘What’s Your Why’ workshop, interviewed by Graham Kemp, Director, Marketing Agencies Action Group (MAAG)

I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and adhere to its code of ethics, a Hogan Assessments Certified Practitioner, and Certified Culture Change Consultant with the Barrett Values Centre.

I believe in the transformative power of coaching and so consistently have my own coach and undergo regular supervision
