BEFORE WE START

I’ll send you a questionnaire to complete.

CHEMISTRY SESSION

We kick off with a 60-minute chemistry session where we review your questionnaire answers
+ discuss the leadership challenges you’re facing + the leadership skills you’ll need to navigate them (including remote leadership).

We’ll cover what you’d like to get from the programme + what sort of leadership impact you’d like to have.

Throughout, I’ll be your dedicated coach working alongside you to achieve your career goals both within + outside your coaching sessions.

THE DRILL DOWN

THE PROGRAMME

If after this session we feel we are a good fit to work together, we will then move into the programme. This has three stages + typically takes six months.

STAGE 1

OBJECTIVE SETTING
360 assessments
We go through your recent 360◦ assessments + other assessments if available.
If you don’t have anything to review, I’ll take you through a 360◦ or Hogan assessment.
Then, together with your sponsor (if appropriate) we’ll ensure that your objectives tackle the developmental areas which will have the greatest impact on your performance.

STAGE 2

CONSCIOUS LEADER COACHING 1:1
Objectives and Coaching.
This will either be 1 x 2-hour session per month or 2 x 1-hour sessions per month (whichever is your preference). Coaching takes places either face to face, virtually via Zoom or Skype or a mixture of the two; whatever works for you.
During every session we will work on one specific leadership area or challenge, guided by your coaching objectives. We will challenge _ shift any outmoded mindsets, behaviours or beliefs that are not serving you.
We’ll work on a powerful new mindset + cover relevant leadership tools + techniques which you’ll embed in between sessions.
I offer email and Voxer (voice messaging) support between sessions.

STAGE 3

EVALUATION
We’ll evaluate your progress
After three months ad after six months, we’ll evaluate your progress (with your sponsor where relevant).
After six months, we will review and measure your Progress (with your sponsor where relevant) and rerun a 360◦ assessment (as requested) to ascertain any areas which may require additional development.
This is a first-class training programme for high potential talent + senior leaders at the top of their organisations.
